Hola Alberto! Je recommande votre agence sur le site de VoyageForum.com après avoir fait le trek de Los Cedros avec Luis Mendes et ses 2 anes. Bravo pour sa gentillesse et son attention pour 2 retraites Français, pendant le trek jusqu'au pied de l'Alpamayo.Caraz est une ville très agréable .J'espère que depuis notre trek, un niño a agrandi votre famille! Hola, I was leading a group of 12 school children round Peru. Part of our ewxpediton was to complete the St Cruz trek which is where we met Pony's Expeditions. Alberto and Aide are very professional, trust worthy, helpful and very knowledgable about the activities they undertake. I would highy reccommend them. I thank them for their help and assitance for what is a wonderful trek that we all enjoyed. I will definately return and do some climbing with Pony's. Best wishes for the future. I went in Cordillera Blanca in 2000. I had climbed the mount Pisco with a guide of Pponys called Victor. I had climbed in Equador too, in 2002. So, I'd like to return to Caraz...and climb the Huascarán or Chopicalqui. What's the best month? I prefer january or february, 2006. Thanks for answer my questions, see you later. Presque une semaine depuis que nous avons quitté Caraz la douce...Notre tête et notre coeur sont encore remplis de pleins d'émotions, d'images de montagnes, de paysages grandioses,de monuments époustouflants relatant le passé grandiose de ce beau pays qu'est le Perou. Pays où l'a gentillesse, l'hospitalité et la disponibilité y regnent de manière véritable et entière. Le bonheur de ce troisième séjour nous le devons à beaucoup de personnes mais principalement a Alberto et Aidé et tout son personnel hyper professionnel, merci à Lenher, Victor et son fils Arnaldo, grace à vous tous, nous avons eu des grands moments de bonheur durant les 11 jours de trekking autour de l'Alpamayo, de découverte aussi sur les sites archéologiques de Trujjilo ,de quoi tenir au moins un an avec un souvenir pour chaque jour. Hola! Me gustaría hacer el trek alrededor del mes de junio o julio. Algunas preguntas por favor: Quisiera saber si es posible hacer el trek llegando un sábado a Lima y volviendo el domingo de la otra semana. TACA llega a Lima desde Buenos Aires todos los días a las 9:30 y regresa saliendo a las 20. ¿Ese horario da para llegar en el día a Huaraz (que supongo es el punto de salida)? ¿Y a la vuelta se puede salir temprano de Huaraz y llegar al aeropuerto de Lima a las 18:00? Eso dejaría neto desde el domingo hasta el sábado. ¿Tienen salidas programadas a las que podamos plegarnos? ¿Cuál es el nivel de exigencia del trek? eso me permitiría definir qué amigos podrían participar. ¿Qué alternativas tengo para contratar Vos. servicios? ¿Empiezan el servicio desde Huaraz o desde Lima? ¿Qué equipo se requiere para el trek? Alpamayo trekking, oktober 2002, 3 dagen. Na een hoop ervaringen met andere tourist offices was pony expeditions een ware verademing. Alles hebben we gezamelijk geregeld. Dat wil dus zeggen dat we alles zelf konden beïnvloeden en met hulp van Alberto -himself!- de hele trip hebben uitgestippeld. Van ontbijt tot tent en route hebben we geheel zelf bepaald. Met het geluk van overwegend mooi weer heb ik een onvergetelijke trekking gelopen. De overnachtinglokaties zijn alleen te beschrijven met behulp van foto´s. Prachtig. Alberto heeft ons in de ´saaie´momenten voorzien van allerlei informatie en verhalen. Een onvergetlijke ervaring met name door de goede organisatie! In September/ Oktober heb ik 3 trektochten gemaakt die door pony's expeditions zijn georganiserd en dit is super goed gedaan; al het vervoer was goed geregeld naar de verschillende vertrekpunten; de koks konden super goed koken; de muildierdrijvers waren attent in die zin dat de bagage steeds goed overkwam van de ene plek naar de andere plek en dat ze meehielpen met het opzetten van de tenten; de gidsen die meegingen wisten veel over het land en de cultuur: Edgar, David en bij de laatste trek ging Alberto zelf mee om zeer veel te vertellen over het landschap en de cultuur; de Salkantay trek was zeer bijzonder door het feit dat je vanuit de hoge bergen(4800 m) langzaam de jungle in loopt met veel begroeiiing en veel vogels met natuurlijk een onvergetelijk uitzicht op de Machu Picchu tijdens de laatste nacht in de tent; Machu Picchu zelf is onvergetelijk en niet te beschrijven; gewoon zelf gaan bewonderen; Alberto, nogmaals bedankt voor alles; ik zal deze vakantie niet vergeten! The Cordillera Huayhuash is one of the best mountain experiences to be had anywhere in South America, if not the world. You have soaring mountains, milky-blue glacial lakes, harsh weather, and a truly exhilarating experience at the hands of nature. Alberto Cafferata of Pony's Expeditions was extremely professional and confidence-inspiring; his organization and description of the routes were right on. The arrieros and cooks who he contracts are first rate and also come at a very fair price. The Cordillera Huayhuash should not be missed, and if you go, I completely recommend Pony's Expeditions to you. Good luck! Host: 200.37.246.47
